Taking approximately 1.5 hours on Zoom, a Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation is a systematic and proven way to ascertain the deficiencies and requirements of your nine internal systems. The consultation is lead by Sarah by means of questions and discussion. 'The results are then reviewed together with Sarah's recommendations, be it dietary changes, targeted supplements, or changes to your daily life to reduce stress and improve sleep - all vital for optimum health.

Recommendations from the results of the consultation are completely optional. You will never be pressured or up-sold into optional services or subscriptions.

I found eating clean very exciting as I don’t normally cook, it was fun to add herbs and spices to my dishes to make them super tasty.  Removing sugar, caffeine, dairy, wheat, red meat and white food was not a problem for me (oddly, as I am a huge fan of chocolate, which I have not eaten since before the start of my challenge!).

12 Week 1:1 Programme Please contact Sarah to discuss your goals

 

Starting with a Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation, Sarah will determine what adjustments to your food intake and daily habits need to be made. She will introduce a system of clean eating with targeted supplements, so beginning your journey to optimum health.

In the second phase, you will be guided through Pure 21, with personal support, to ensure you get the best results possible. A second Analysis will allow any tweaks to your programme and determine which follow-up supplements are necessary to reach your goals.

Your habits are consolidated through weeks 9-12, so by the end of the programme you are confident to move forward alone with your new found health. Another Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation will show you just how far you have come over the 12 weeks and explain how best to maintain the improvements you have achieved.

All supplements are included and you will be supported regularly through WhatsApp, with weekly calls to answer your questions and keep you motivated and on track.

12 Week 1:1 Programme - £1099 (or a deposit of £447 and two monthly payments of £375)

This programme is suitable for adults of all ages. However, a consultation is required to ensure there aren’t any underlying health issues and to discuss your goals and start date.
