Lean and Mean

A 30 minute class using interval training methods which have been scientifically proven to increase calorie burn, improve the microbiome, protect your DNA and make you sweat! Not for the faint hearted! However this class can help with weight loss and longevity so if you can hack it, then I recommend you give it a go.

Indoor Group Cycling

Cycling on state of the art static bikes using the ICG ‘Coach by Colour’ system to improve your endurance, speed, strength or cadence. It can be high intensity, but the programme is varied, with some classes less strenuous than others and you will always be working at your specific level. I use periodised programming of between 8 and 16 weeks to take you from a gentle start, culminating in 'Race Night' to really challenge you, followed by a Recovery session to work on the core and stretching specific to cyclists. This is a fun, but challenging class, which will improve your cardiovascular fitness for any sport, but will also improve your performance on the road or mountain bike.

Please note that I recommend an FTP test is done before attending my classes to ensure you are working at the correct intensity for you and hence getting the most out of the class. Please book by phoning Malvern Active on 01684 581681

Tone and Flex

This is a 60 minute class split into three distinct sections.  A body weight and light weights section to tighten and tone the lower and upper body, whilst also working the core; A targeted core and abdominal section to really blast those abs while working hard to improve core stability, to reduce the risk of back pain or injury and improve performance for sport; And a long stretch to relieve tight muscles due to extended sitting or over exercising, so again reducing the risk of injury.  A class suitable for all fitnesses and abilities, but please notify me of any existing health issues.
