I have more than 18 years’ experience working in wellbeing, a degree in biochemistry and am a level III personal trainer with over 30 years of taking part in various sports and outdoor activities.
I bring science into everything I do, be it my own training and logical approach to life or helping others achieve their goals and to live a healthy, full, active and pain-free life for as long as possible.
