About Me

I have more than 18 years’ experience working in wellbeing, a degree in biochemistry and am a level III personal trainer with over 30 years of taking part in various sports and outdoor activities.   


I bring science into everything I do, be it my own training and logical approach to life or helping others achieve their goals and to live a healthy, full, active and pain-free life for as long as possible.  

My areas of expertise, built through both personal and professional experience are: 

  • Wellbeing for small businesses and individuals, advising on exercise, nutrition, sleep, relaxation, mindfulness and yoga, particularly in relation to stress.

  • Optimum health through improved gut health and the microbiome.

  • Endurance event training.

  • Running technique to increase performance and reduce injury.

  • Migraine and headache reduction through diet, supplementation and postural alignment.

  • Blood sugar balance and reversal of type 2 diabetes.

  • Osteoporosis, arthritis and improved bone density through strength training and supplementation.

  • Shoulder, neck and lower back pain together with core stability.
